This three-ingredient sliced apple recipe is a quick, easy and nutritious snack morning, noon or night.


Units Scale
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple
  • 2 T. Creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill Organic Regular Rolled Oats


Slice the Granny Smith apple into 1/8″ slices. Arrange the apple slices on a plate. With a butter knife, spread the creamy almond butter onto the apple slices. Sprinkle the raw rolled oats evenly on top of the almond butter and serve. 


You can use any nut butter you like. Peanut butter or cashew butter are great choices, too!
